The Loyalty program supports the following types of points. According to your plan type, you can have one or both point types:
- Status points
- Spend points
Status points
Status points are used to determine the tier of a member. The more points members collect, the higher tier they can get.
Example:
- Bronze tier 0 points
- Silver Tier 1000 points
- Gold Tier 2000 points
Status points can have an expiration date:
- They can expire X months from the day they are earned.
- They can expire on the same day as the tier calculation.
- Have no expiration at all.

Spend Points
Spend points are the currency of the loyalty system. The member can use them as the following:
- Payment
- Redeem them for a Voucher or Exclusive Access
Used points are deducted from the member’s points balance.
Spend point expiration can be set up by you inside the suite. You can choose the points to expire after a certain time from when the member earned them.
Rewarding Points
You can decide what type of points to reward members for purchases.
