Automation Center program
Prerequisites
- Activate the action ‘’Visit site’’ in your Loyalty Admin.
- Create the email campaign.
- Create the personalization tokens.
Steps
- Create a segment of contacts who have not visited your site for the selected period.
- Define participation (this program is predefined on one entry in 60 days).
- Add Loyalty trigger node - select the relevant external Loyalty event.
- Swap the email in the Tactic with your ‘’Win back website visitors’’ campaign (be sure to include ‘’Visit site’’ action tokens).
Segment
The program uses a Predict segment of users whose last session was within the last 30 days and at least for a minute, all these users we exclude.
As this program runs daily, be sure to keep a reasonable period for re-entries into the program in the participation settings.
