This lifecycle Tactic is enhanced with a static content block showing the product(s) purchased and a simple pick list to rate their shopping experience.
It supports the Revenue objective and affects the following strategies:

This tactic looks for customers who have made a purchase and sends them a short questionnaire to rate their experience.
Automation Center program
The program looks like this.
The program starts with a Recurring filter node that runs every day and uses a Contact criteria segment that returns all customers who have bought an item exactly 7 days ago and sends them an email with a simple questionnaire and a personalized voucher code (e.g. 10% off).
The program then waits two days after the initial email before creating an Email and mobile behavior criteria segment filtering for customers who did not respond to the post-purchase feedback email and sends them a reminder email.
