If customers use PW to send push messages but they are not using ME only sending from AC the following can be checked.
If ME Segment is used in the AC program:
check if the contacts exist in the suite DB.
Save the ME segment returned Contactlist and check against the contact_0 table in the DB.
Something like this:
select count(1) from ul_543947975_933480727 u, 543947975_contact_0 c where c.id = u.user_id;
If u cant find them in the suite DB than only AC stats are showing these contacts but we cant send them from the AC push message node. There is a check there against the suite DB and if a contact is not found, no message will be sent to him.
To check the campaign stats in PW, you should look for the campaign based on the
ProgramID_NodeID. In the below example the programID is 12381 and the NodeID is 52
