Go to (you might have to ssh from etl02)
gsved@etl02 ~]$ ssh etl01
If the load failed the extract file should be in the customer's folder:
[gsved@etl01 ~]$ cd /smart-insight-data/astley_clarke/
grep -aP "\0" contacts_extract.csv
check for Non utf8 characters:
grep -axvn '.*' contacts_extract.csv
Check what these commands give back. In vim you can even see the none UTF chars.
Than you can check in the suite db what is in the contact table for those contact_ids.
