The following status and error codes refer to emails and their launches.

Email status codes
The Email Status ID code indicates the current status of an email and can be one of the following:
|4||Ready to launch 1|
1 Despite coming after Launched in the list, Ready to launch means that all checks have been passed and the email is ready to send, but has not yet been launched (yes, you're right, they should be the other way around...).
Launch status codes
An email can have one of the following launch statuses:
|1||Launch called via API, launching in progress|
|2||Email launched or scheduled for future launch|
|10||Error (details in api_error)|
Launch error status codes
The following is a list of errors that can prevent a successful email launch:
||You are not authorized to perform this action.
||You are not able to launch campaigns created by another person.
||Cannot launch mailing because the following mandatory field is missing in the Content Creation page: Subject.
||Fill in the Subject field under Email Campaigns > Content Creation.
||Cannot launch mailing because the launch list is empty.
||Check your segmantation settings. Possible reasons:
||Cannot launch mailing because you have not checked the personalization for this version.
||Edit your campaign under Email Campaigns and configure the personalization settings. For details, see Personalizing Custom HTML Emails.|
||Cannot launch mailing because the following mandatory field is missing in the Content Creation page: From (name).
||Fill in the From field under Email Campaigns > Content Creation.
||Attention: you cannot send this email because the HTML code is incomplete. Please check that there are no missing or open tags and try again.
||Edit the email content under Email Campaigns.
||Cannot launch mailing because the CC list is empty.
||Ensure the recipient source settings. For details, see Email Campaigns.|
