Integrated with the latest Personalization Realtime API, Mobile Engage In-app (both overlay and Inline campaigns) supports the use of Contact Data tokens and Voucher tokens. You can use personalisation tokens in In-app inline campaigns, the same way as you use them in In-app overlay campaigns.

Relational Data tokens are not supported in Mobile Engage In-app Personalization.
Adding a token
To access ready-made personalization tokens go to the editor's Personalization tab and select the relevant predefined token.
You can add the selected token into your Mobile Engage In-app Message field in the following options:
- Drag & drop: At the Personalization tab you can drag & drop the selected Personalization token.
- Text editor: Alternatively, you can click in your text content block, position your cursor in the text where you want to add the placeholder and click the Personalization icon. Then the Personalization placeholder is inserted in the text.
