The Conversational Channel feature is currently in Early Adopter phase for a limited number of clients only. If you are interested in participating in the Early Adopter phase, please speak to your Client Success Manager.
You can evaluate the performance of an individual WhatsApp campaign as well as compare the performance of similar campaigns against one another to see which are the most successful ones.
Checking campaign-level reporting
Here is what you need to do to check a WhatsApp campaign’s performance:
- Go to the Channels > Conversational page.
- Click the Campaign Reporting icon next to the specific campaign.
Campaign reporting is only available for Active campaigns.
- The campaign-level metrics will be displayed on the Campaign Analytics screen. Here you can:
- Adjust the Date Range,
- Add or remove a Segment you are interested in,
- Change the metrics you would like to check,
- Select additional campaigns.

Good-to-know and limitations
- Campaign data is only available 24 hours after the campaign has been sent.
- The default date range setting is 30 days. You need to adjust the date range to check a wider or shorter timeframe.
- You can also access the campaign-level reporting view on the Campaign Analytics screen by filtering for the channel Conversational.
