Active and already running campaigns are getting into Error and their status is going back to In Design:
When clicking on validate the campaign the below error comes up:
After acknowledging the error re-activating the campaign should be successful.
Webchannel is trying to re-generate all the running campaigns every 6 hours.
Regenerate = republishing, the segments get refreshed
During this regeneration there are 20 re-tries (every minute) to check if segmentation service has already come up with the segment result or not.
The error comes if there is no segment result after the 20 re-tries.
