The Dashboard tab consists of a number of widgets that provide easy visual overviews of the overall status and performances of your Digital Ads campaigns by network. For audience reporting, see: Audience Reporting.
As a quick reminder, here is the onboarding video about Digital Ads Reporting and Dashboard:
General behavior
For each reporting widget, you can select the network and the time period covered by the reports.
It is possible to print the chart or download the chart as a .CSV file by clicking on the context menu.
Revenue vs. Cost
The metrics shown in the widgets are as follows:
- Revenue – This is the total revenue coming from purchases that followed a click on an ad.
- Cost – This is how much the campaigns have cost you during the selected timeframe.
ROAS
The metrics shown in the widgets are as follows:

ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) – This is the Revenue generated by Digital Ads expressed as a multiple of the Costs. For example, in the image above, Digital Ads has generated 1.7 times more revenue than it cost.
In other words, this shows the overall value of Digital Ads to your business.
Digital Ads Funnel
The metrics shown in the widgets are as follows:
- CPM (Cost Per Mille) – This is the cost of 1,000 Impressions.
- CPC (Cost Per Click) – This is the cost of each click.
- CPA (Cost Per Action) – This is the cost of an action (or conversion) on your website after clicking an ad.
- Impressions – This is how many times the ads were seen (including multiple views by the same contact).
- Clicks – This is how many times an ad in this campaign was clicked (including multiple clicks by the same contact).
- Conversions – This is how many contacts clicked the ad and went on to complete whatever action is defined as a conversion for this audience, e.g. make a purchase or sign up for a newsletter.
Lead Ads
The metrics shown in the widgets are as follows:
- Lead Ads Subscriptions – This is the number of subscription forms that you have created to capture new leads. The totals are given for Active and Inactive forms.
- Lead added – This is the number of new leads who have subscribed using your Lead Ads forms. Existing leads are those who have registered twice.
