The Program summary page provides you with a detailed, day-to-day overview related to your Interactions programs.
Introduction
You can check the summary of a specific program's activity by one of the following ways:
Here you can:
- Check the reports for a specific contact by entering the contact’s email address in the Search contact report field.
Contact-level reporting is only available for the last 30 days. If you select a timeframe longer than 30 days, then the Program Summary page will switch to program-level reporting. When testing Interactions programs in real time (e.g. when you trigger an API endpoint), you need to refresh the Program Summary page to see the most recent results.

- Return to the workspace of your Interactions program, click Edit program in the top right corner.

The Program Summary page
Select a time range to view your program's statistics collected during that period. You can check the statistics for:
- the Last hour,
- the Last day,
- the Last 7 days,
- a custom range.
When selecting a custom range, please consider that the selected period cannot be longer than 7 days.
On the Program summary page, you can see the following information:
History widget
- Triggers - Displays the number of events that triggered your program. To see the exact figures for a specific date, hover your mouse over the chart.
- Messages - Displays the number of messages that were triggered on all channels by this program. To see the exact figures for a specific date and for a specific message, hover your mouse over the chart.
- Finished - Displays how many times this program was started and executed completely. To see the exact figures for a specific date, hover your mouse over the chart.
The number above Finished does not include those contacts who were excluded by Decision nodes.
Details widget
This widget provides a detailed overview of your program.
Numbers displayed above the nodes show the total number of contacts who have arrived at or progressed through the specific node. To gain additional information, hover your mouse over the nodes or the labels above them.
What do the numbers above the nodes indicate?

Trigger - The number above the trigger shows how many times contacts triggered your program.
- Expired: It means that the trigger event expired based on the Trigger event timeout settings. By default, events expire after 6 hours. This status is displayed only if an event expired or the node was disabled during the selected timeframe.
- Participation check, Decision splitter and A/B test nodes - The number above these nodes shows how many contacts continued their journey either on the Yes or No or on the A or B path.
- Wait for event - This number shows you how many contacts arrived at this node.

Decision:
- In - This number shows you how many contacts arrived at this node.
- Out - This number shows you how many contacts continued their journey.

Wait: The number above this node indicates the contacts who continued their journey.
- In - This number shows you how many contacts arrived at this node (it’s the sum of the contacts who Arrived and continued and Arrived and waiting).
- Out - This number shows you how many contacts continued their journey (it’s the sum of the contacts who Arrived and continued and Was already waiting, continued).
- Channel nodes - The number above these nodes shows how many messages were triggered. Please note that the final number of messages may differ.
- Skipped (disabled node): The number of contacts who skipped this node while it was disabled. This status is displayed only if the node was disabled during the selected timeframe.
Here you can:
- Zoom in, zoom out or fit the program to screen by clicking the icons in the top right corner.
- Display detailed information by hovering your mouse over the number above a node.
The following table lists all the available status information:
Status | Description |

Arrived | The number of contacts who have already arrived at this node. Note: This status is only available for Decision nodes. |
Arrived and continued | The number of contacts who arrived at this node and passed through it within the given timeframe. Note: This status is only available for Wait nodes. |
Arrived and waiting | The number of contacts who arrived at this node and are currently waiting within the given timeframe. If contacts arrived at this node before the selected timeframe, then the number of contacts who are waiting at this node will be larger than the number of contacts who arrived at this node. Note: This status is only available for Wait nodes. |
Continued | The number of contacts who have passed through this node. Note: This status is only available for Decision nodes. |
Exited | The number of contacts who have been excluded by this node. Note: This status is only available for Decision nodes. |
Messages |
The number of message sending requests (including Email, SMS and Push) triggered by this node. Note: This status is only available for Send email, Mobile Engage push message and Send SMS nodes. |
Triggered | The number of events that triggered your program. Note: One contact can generate multiple events. |
Was already waiting, continued |
The number of contacts who were already waiting before the selected time period and passed through this node. If contacts were waiting at this node before the selected timeframe, then the number of contacts who passed through this node will be larger than the number of contacts who arrived at this node. Note: This status is only available for Wait nodes. |
