The Implementation Consultant will assist you in the following taks. The Implementation Consultant will set up:
- Channel-specific fields in the contact database (e.g.
sinch_engage_wb_opt_inand other custom fields),
- Contact import and update processes to populate Channel-specific identifier fields in Emarsys,
- Channel-specific contact acquisition journeys,
- Contact database cleanup processes.
Once the Implementation Consultant has confirmed completion of this task, the Contact Synchronization feature is activated in the add-on (it is grayed out to prevent accidental import of contacts without a matching identifier available).
