What is the Zendesk Emarsys add-on?
Zendesk Emarsys application is an integrated add-on within your Zendesk account where you can install and customize widgets according to your needs.
After installation and activation it is found under the menu: Add-ons -> Zendesk.

Working with Zendesk is quicker and more effective with the Emarsys add-on, as it enables you to manage (access and modify) information saved about a contact. You can easily organize your contact data in the user-friendly Zendesk ticket sidebar.
With this add-on you can:
