- A Loyalty member customer collects enough status points to advance into the next tier in the program.
- The member receives an email about the advancement.

Activating the Tactic
Prerequisites:
- Create a "Upgraded to Higher Tier" email campaign.
- Insert the Loyalty status personalization tokens into the email campaign.
Further channels are planned to be included in the tactic program.
Steps:
- Make sure to select the
loyalty_tier_upgraded
External event in your starting node. - Swap the email in the Tactic with your "Upgraded to higher tier" campaign (be sure to include your Loyalty status tokens).
- Activate the Tactic.
