Assigning the right tasks to the right stakeholders, and likewise addressing the right questions to the right people, is essential to optimizing the timeframe of your onboarding.
Below is a list of the roles involved. Please make sure to assign them to the appropriate people.
On the Emarsys side, your main contact during onboarding will be your Implementation Consultant. They will manage the project from our side and involve additional stakeholders when required.
As the project nears completion and you begin to consider your first marketing campaigns, your Client Success Manager will assume a more prominent role.
When the onboarding project is completed, this is the person who will take over as your main point of contact in the future
