When integrating your data to Emarsys, it is important to check the health status of your integration and detect and resolve any issues.
For checking and monitoring the quality of your Predict and Smart Insight data Emarsys offers you a number of tools, specific to that purpose.
- Predict Data Sources: You can access these tools under Management > Predict Data Sources.
- Smart Insight Data Quality: This tool is found under the menu: Management > Smart Insight Data Quality.
Predict Data Sources
The Predict Data Sources page is a status monitoring dashboard that serves as a starting point for you to troubleshoot any integration issues. The page consists of widgets, each dedicated to individual data sources and display health status information and some basic metrics. In case of any detected problems, depending on its severity, the relevant widgets will show a warning or error message, and provide a detailed description of the issue and suggestions on how to fix it.

The Live Validator scans your website traffic to check if the Web Extend data collections scripts are functioning properly and if the data they are picking up on your website are consistent with those in your product and contact databases. The Live Validator displays the results of these validation checks, to help you troubleshoot any issues.

The Category Explorer shows a product category tree, generated by Emarsys on the basis of the category classification you provide. This tool provides an overview of how your products are distributed among the categories and how popular the individual categories are. Checking the category tree becomes useful when troubleshooting potential issues with your product data file.

Predict Test Trigger
On the Predict test trigger page you can trigger a cart recovery event by entering an email address and the number of products. By doing so, you can test whether a suite contact is receiving a test trigger email to their given email address.

Site Traffic Reporting
The Site Traffic page displays general information on the activity of customers on your website, like 'Total Page Views' and 'Total Orders'. These pieces of information are collected by the Web Extend scripts. Site Traffic helps you to troubleshoot issues like 'The number of total orders exceeds the number of unique order IDs in the downloaded .csv', and other problems.

Smart Insight Data Quality
To achieve your business goals accurate, consistent and reliable data is crucial. Data quality is one of the most important aspects of online marketing and e-commerce. The most up-to-date reports of your contact, product, order and sales data are collected by Smart Insight. You can check the status and monitor the quality of your Smart Insight data on the Smart Insight Data Quality page.

- Overview tab: You can see reports of contact, product and purchase data uploaded to Smart Insight and their quality.
- Data Loads tab: Check the status of your scheduled automatic loads and all your successful and unsuccessful contact, product and purchase file uploads for the last 30 days.
