If changes are made to a template, you can apply these directly to any email campaigns built using that template one by one.
Alternatively, you can distribute the template changes from the email editor to all selected campaigns, using the Campaign Update feature.
Whenever you open a campaign whose template has been modified, the following notification will show:
To update your campaign with template changes, manually for each campaign one by one, proceed as follows:
1. Click Show updates for a list of the updates.
2. Click the Update button.
If you modified the default content of the block, then it is also necessary to click Reset block. This overrides the hardcoded element and reverts the block to the changes that have just been made to the template.
If, for some reason, you decide not to apply the changes immediately, you can do it a later date. In the Content Creation page, click the ... icon in the upper right corner.
3. To see all updates that need confirmation, click Update campaign. You can also click through the link to the template used for the campaign.
Please note that the Undo option is only available until you save the campaign.
