Each block has a toolbar, which becomes visible  when you hover your mouse over it.

The following functions are available in this toolbar:

• Open block style settings () - You can change the style of the selected block. For more information, see Block-level style settings.
• Manage optional content () - Shows or hides elements within the block.
• Predict Recommendation widget editor () - Add product recommendations to your email. For more information, see Email Recommendations.
• Hide on mobile () - When selected, the block will not be displayed on mobile devices.
• Block targeting () - You can decide whether you wish to hide or display a specific block for a predefined group of contacts. Currently you can specify a country or region, a segment, or a contact field (see: Personalizing content, below).
• Remove block () - Removes the block from the email.
• Duplicate block () - Duplicates the block with an exact copy right below it, which you can then modify or move.
• Clear block () - Reverts the block to its original template layout.
• Move block () - Click and hold this to move the block around in your email.

Block targeting can be used 30 times maximum per email.
