Program reporting is focused on monitoring the effectiveness of a program in terms of how well it directs incoming contacts along the right paths, and it can also give helpful insights into the volume of traffic a program is processing.
It is not designed to give a meaningful analysis of a particular marketing strategy. For that, you need to use the reporting screens for each channel or Smart Insight.
Program Summary
On the Program Summary page, you will get a detailed overview, including daily statistics, of your program. It also provides you with a clear snapshot of how effectively your campaign functions and of the traffic passing through it. The statistics displayed on this page can help you analyze and troubleshoot your program if you have any issues with it.
Before switching to the advanced page, please consider that:
- After switching to the advanced page, you cannot switch back to the old page.
- Aggregated data (including all data that have been collected since you have created your program) are not available on the advanced Program Summary page.
To switch to the advanced Program Summary page, click convert this program in the notification at the top of the Program Summary page.
At the top of the page, you can:
- Select a time range to view your program’s statistics collected during that period.
- You can switch between daily, weekly or monthly views.

Revenue generated by the program widget

Consider the following:
- The Attributed revenue widget is only available if Smart Insight or Web Extend is activated on your account.
- If No data is displayed in the Attributed revenue widget, it means that we cannot attribute any purchases to your program during the selected time period. For example, if your program’s aim is to filter your contacts (by using a Segment node) and save them into a contact list (by using a Save contact list node), then data will not be available for this widget.
You can see the following information on this page:
To see the exact figures for a specific day, week or month, hover your mouse over the diagram.
