All our new features and products are carefully tested before we move them to pilot stage.
We then choose selected customers to activate the features in their accounts, and collect their feedback before releasing the feature globally.
We typically approach customers who are an ideal fit for the new functionality, but if you are interested in learning more about the open pilots, please speak to your Success Manager.

Users can now purchase credit for their SMS accounts, without contacting anyone in Emarsys. Sums added to the account on the payment tab are added in a new line to their monthly invoices.
