The Utilization & Allowances Dashboard provides you a transparent billing system at a single page. You can track and manage the total number of utilization of your accounts for each product. Data is updated on monthly basis at the beginning of every month once invoicing is ready.
Introduction
At this page you can check all the billing-related utilization of your products on your accounts. As your contractual data (limits, prices, invoices) and usage data is transparent, the Utilization & Allowances Dashboard enables you to determine whether you have exceeded the product utilization limit that is defined in your contract.

User roles and permissions for the Dashboard are defined under Management > User Management. Only users with BI (Business Intelligence) Administrator roles can modify the Dashboard.
How does it work?
In the dashboards the following values are calculated:
- Allowance Limit: The allowance limit is specified in the contract and it is for the entire duration of it.
- Total number: Detailed utilization in all accounts. Data is available on a monthly frequency.
- Utilization: It is the total utilization number determined in percentages and it applies to multiple accounts.
- Change this month: Total number compared to the total value of the previous month.
If you have any questions or feedback regarding the utilization data or the calculated value of a product displayed in the dashboard, contact your Client Success Manager.
Warnings displayed on the dashboard
Notifications are not available at this stage.
The Utilization & Allowances Dashboard displays the following type of warning messages:
- Overconsumption: A warning is displayed on the Dashboard when you have exceeded the limit defined in your contract for the products used.
- Reached the limit: A warning is displayed on the Dashboard when you have reached the 80% of your utilization limit.
