You can create segments based on browser and behavior data collected by Web Push campaigns.
Prerequisites
In order to use Web Push segments, Web Push needs to be enabled on your account.
Creating a Web Push segment
Here is what you need to do to create a Web Push segment:
- Go to Contacts > Segments, click Create Segment, select Standard Segment, then click Web Push segment.
- Name your segment.
- Optionally, you can add a description to your segment.
- Select a template.
Currently, only one Web Push template is available called General segment template.
- Select your Web Push domain.
- You can add further conditions to your segment by clicking + Add condition. Conditions are grouped with the AND operator.
To remove a condition, click the - icon.
You can choose from the following conditions:
- Browser - You can filter contacts by the browser they used or did not use.
- Web push notifications - The segment will contain contacts for whom Web push notifications were enabled or disabled.

Sent - The segment will contain contacts to whom any campaign or the selected campaign was sent. You can choose from campaigns that were sent:
- at any time or
- in the last X hours

Opened - The segment will contain contacts who opened any campaign or the selected campaign. You can choose from campaigns that were opened:
- at any time or
- in the last X hours
- Contacts who are anonymous - Your segment will contain anonymous contacts.
- Contacts who are identified - Your segment will contain identified contacts.
- Last activity - Your segment will contain contacts whose last activity is within or was more than X hours ago.
The term "activity" means here that the user opened the website where they subscribed to the web push message and the SDK was initialized because of it.
- When you are ready, click Save Segment.
