The following sections give you a quick overview of all the major functions of Emarsys Loyalty based on the available menus.
Loyalty Management is the area where you create and define the basic essential settings of your loyalty plans. These include the following:
- creating plans and selecting relevant currencies, languages, and markets,
- defining general settings such as names, calculations, and expirations,
- selecting membership strategy,
- update and launch management

Tiers & Benefits
Tiers determine the level of benefits customers can enjoy from your Loyalty plan. Also, tiers will help you to tailor your rewards to the level of engagement and spending of your members. Members can move between tiers to earn benefits by completing defined actions and purchasing during promotions, collecting points or spend credit in return.

Rewards & redemption management
You can manage and distribute your Loyalty Vouchers, which can be another way for you to reward your members. They can be earned in exchange for points, completing specific actions, or they can even be free rewards for any reason you want.

Your members will be able to access their vouchers through their Wallets or via the Loyalty API.
You can cost-effectively reward your members by giving them access to a normally closed page in your web site, such as special stores, or promotional pages for sales campaigns.

Actions are 1:1 customer-side interactions and one of the primary ways for you to motivate your customers to engage with your brand. You can set different messages, incentives and rules for each action, depending on the scenario your customers are in at a specific moment.

Your members will be able to see their available actions in their Wallet.
The Emarsys Loyalty provides you with an option to create and run a referral program. The referral program is designed to incentivize Loyalty members to invite their friends to purchase in the store. Loyalty members who bring friends who buy are rewarded.

You can track the efficiency and the status of your Loyalty program, in addition to your active campaigns, in the dashboard. The Loyalty dashboard includes graphs on changes in Customer Lifetime Value, number of purchases and generated revenue. The purpose of the data displayed is not only to track results but also to show you where you are required to improve performance.

Don't forget that you can get access to the individual activity history of you members through Member Profiles.
We provide a simple, pre-built Loyalty Portal for mobile and desktop e-commerce websites, which requires minimal IT skills to set up. The Loyalty Wallet appears as a sidebar widget on your website when your Loyalty members are logged in. Your customers can see their balance, activity, and earn and redeem points for gifts and other rewards. You can customize the look the Wallet, such as its primary colors, your icons, during the implementation phase. The messages your members see can be customized through the individual action and reward setups.
Alternatively, you can use our Loyalty API to create your own Loyalty portal and website integration from scratch.
