The following graphs give you detailed information on the number of points and vouchers your customer have.
Points analytics
This graph shows data about the balance points of your customers with a daily breakdown divided into:
- Accumulated points: The total number of confirmed points accumulated by Loyalty members in the selected period
- Redeemed points: The total number of redeemed points in the selected period
- Pending points: The total number of pending points in the selected period.
- Expired points: The total number of expired points (Points to spend) in the selected period
Voucher analytics
This graph shows the data about vouchers with a daily breakdown:
- Vouchers for rewards: The total number of vouchers accumulated as rewards for completed actions and fixed benefits, whose code has been exposed during the selected time period.
- Voucher for points: The total number of vouchers accumulated for points and whose code has been exposed, during the selected time period.
- Free vouchers: The total number of vouchers accumulated for free and whose code has been exposed, during the selected time period.
