    Loyalty permissions can be found under the Management > User Management > Roles > > Permission > Add-ons tab.

    Loyalty comes with the following permissions:

    1. "View Loyalty": Read-only access to the whole Loyalty Add-On menu
    2. "Access Loyalty":  Read & write access to the whole Loyalty Add-On menu.
    3. "View Loyalty Support": Read-only access to the Loyalty Support menu
    4. "Access Loyalty Support": Read & write access to the Loyalty Support menu

    The Loyalty Support menu is the same as the Member Profiles menu. Member profiles is shown when you have the "View Loyalty" or "Access Loyalty" permission. Loyalty Support is shown when you have the "View Loyalty Support" or the "Access Loyalty Support" permission.

    Your Emarsys account comes by default with the "BI Administrator" & "Administrator" role, which have full read and write access to the whole Loyalty menu.

    You can create additional roles with different kind of permissions according to your needs.
