This integration enables you to perform the following actions in Emarsys from within the SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), through a one-way synchronization:

• Creating, updating or deleting contacts in real time,
• Synchronizing email and SMS opt-in changes to SAP CDP in real time,
• Synchronizing email open, click, bounce and compliant data to SAP CDP instantly,
• Replicating SAP CDP audiences in Emarsys as contact lists,
• Synchronizing sales data from SAP CDP to Emarsys,
• Creating segments and using all data available in SAP CDP for personalization in Emarsys via the Relational Data Service,
• Triggering external events in Emarsys.
