The Conversational Channel feature is currently in Early Adopter phase for a limited number of clients only. If you are interested in participating in the Early Adopter phase, please speak to your Client Success Manager.
Before creating your first WhatsApp campaign, you need to set up your Sinch account connected to your Emarsys account. To do that, perform the following:
- Go to Channels > Conversation.
- Click Start Setup.
- Fill in the following data from your Sinch admin page, and click Connect Sinch Account:
- Project ID: Sinch > Settings > Projects
Please note that a project can be used only with 1 suite account.
- App ID: Sinch > Conversational API > Apps
- Key ID: Sinch > Settings > Access Keys
- Key Secret: Sinch > Settings > Access Keys
Change Sinch Settings
If you have a Sinch connection setup already, you can change your settings as follows:
- In the Conversation Channel menu, click the '...' button beside Create Campaign.
- Click Sinch Settings, update the fields and save the changes.
