We have said goodbye to our Triggered Email Dashboard, as it is no longer available after July 7. It has been replaced by the Triggered Email widget on the Emarsys Home page. Learn more.

- SAP Customer Data Platform Integration
You can create and update contacts in Emarsys from within the SAP Customer Data Platform, through a one-way synchronization with this integration. Email and SMS opt-in data are synced bidirectionally. At the same time, email-specific activities such as open, click, bounce and complaints are instantly and automatically synced from SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement to SAP Customer Data Platform. - Digital Ads - TikTok integration
From now on, you can also create Lead Ad Subscriptions and Audiences for TikTok. Learn more.

Features That Increase Your Time To Value
- Combined segments page
The Combined Segments page has been refurbished. Now you can refresh segments without opening them or delete multiple segments at the same time. Before deleting a segment, the Delete Selected Segments dialog will check if the selected segment is being used. Learn more.
- Self-service Single Sign-On
From now on, you will be able to set up single sign-on on a self-service basis for your SAML 2.0 identity provider to log into your Emarsys account. Learn more.
- Run connected programs multiple times a day
Another limitation has been removed: from now on, programs starting with the Entry from program entry point are triggered every 10 minutes by the source program. Learn more.
- Distributing Automation programs
Now you can easily distribute Automation Center and Interactions programs to other accounts. Learn more.
- SAP Commerce Cloud integration
We have further improved our integration with the following features:
- Match by Mail by initial contact creation.

Automation Center Updates
- Participation checks
You will now be able to define Participation Check nodes for individual paths in your automated programs, and make these nodes available in other programs as well, for increased control over your customer journeys and message frequency. Learn more.

A new Testing status for programs allows for more consistent testing of journeys, ensuring a safe and flexible environment to experiment before activating any program type. Learn more.
- Webhook node
A dedicated configuration page allows your technical teams to set up API requests and create new nodes with custom icons for your campaign team to select and use. Learn more.
- Enhanced program editing

- Mentions in comments
Admin users can mention each other using @username in program comments. The colleague will be notified in the platform and/or via email. Learn more.
Resource Usage Service (RUS)
This service supervises the deletion of all assets and resources in your account and blocks deletion of assets that are currently in use. The reasons for the block are listed so you can take appropriate action.
The RUS is now available for External Events, contact DB fields, Web Channel campaigns used in automations and segments used in emails and Web Channel campaigns. Learn more here, here and here.

- Self-Service Onboarding
You can negotiate your own contracts with favored vendors and connect them to your Emarsys account without the need for assistance from Emarsys Support. Learn more.
