The wait is over, finally. We proudly present our newest features that will help every marketer in their daily work.

- Audience Reporting
The feature has been greatly improved, with enhancements such as an optimized segment refresh experience, among others. Learn more.

We have said goodbye to our old Dashboard, as it will not be available after March 27. Learn more.
- Unified Segment Overview page
New capabilities have been introduced for non-combined segments, such as bulk deletion with dependency check as well as some filtering options. Learn more.
- Improved algorithm for Send Time Optimization
Based on the knowledge we have accumulated so far, the algorithm has been improved to provide higher engagement uplifts. Learn more.
- Customer Data Cloud Integration
There is now a real-time connector for SAP Customer data Cloud and SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement. Learn more.
- Web Push trigger for Automation
Customers can now trigger Interaction programs using custom events fired from the web site. Learn more.
- Mobile SDK: update push notification
It is now possible to update the content of a mobile push message that has been already sent to the end-users. Learn more.
- Campaign Analytics
This feature allows you to evaluate the performance of your campaigns across different channels. Learn more.
- Self-service availability filtering
Marketers can now decide if they want to use availability filtering for their rules, thus providing a more intuitive user experience. Learn more.
- ALSO_BOUGHT logic for Parent/Child feature
The logic is now available for web recommendations using the Parent/Child catalog feature. Learn more.
- Loyalty: Ability to split points
With this feature, you can award points to your most loyal customers in a more targeted way. Learn more.

Features That Increase Your Time To Value
- Combined segments page
The Combined Segments page has been refurbished. Now you can refresh segments without opening them or delete multiple segments at the same time. Before deleting a segment, the Delete Selected Segments dialog will check if the selected segment is being used. Learn more.
- Self-service Single Sign-On
From now on, you will be able to set up single sign-on on a self-service basis for your SAML 2.0 identity provider to log into your Emarsys account. Learn more.
- Run connected programs multiple times a day
Another limitation has been removed: from now on, programs starting with the Entry from program entry point are triggered every 10 minutes by the source program. Learn more.
- Distributing Automation programs
Now you can easily distribute Automation Center and Interactions programs to other accounts. Learn more.
- SAP Commerce Cloud integration
We have further improved our integration with the following features:
- Match by Mail by initial contact creation.
- Real Time Events are fully customisable, clients can create their own events which are immediately available in Interactions. Learn more.

- Web Extend Local storage-based cookieless tracking:
Local storage stores data on the users' devices by creating a local identifier. As opposed to cookies, local storage provides you with a channel resilient against browsers blocking trackers and it also complies with cookie regulations. Learn more.
- SAP Commerce Cloud - 2205 Improvements
Among others, integration from SAP Commerce Cloud 2205 is now supported, and you can customize Real Time Events on SAP's Commerce Cloud end. Learn more.

With this integration, you can import contact data to Emarsys from the SAP Customer Data Cloud or other sources. Learn more.

- Interactions - Loyalty Trigger:
The Loyalty Trigger node allows you to create Interactions programs that trigger Loyalty actions. Learn more.
- Mobile event attributes in Segmentation:
Now you are already able to use custom events and their attributes to create segments and react to events in your mobile apps. Up to two attributes can be used to create a Mobile Engage segment. Learn more.
Features That Demonstrate Measurable Business Impact
- Event Attribution and Conversion Reporting:
You can measure the impact of your campaigns across channels and specific to your business goals through conversion events with Event Attribution and check the conversions attributed to your campaigns on the Goal Reporting page.
- Exporting campaign data:
Now you are able to export your campaign data from the Mobile Dashboard or the specific campaign reporting page to gain accurate insight into their details. Learn more.

Automation Center Updates
- Participation checks
You will now be able to define Participation Check nodes for individual paths in your automated programs, and make these nodes available in other programs as well, for increased control over your customer journeys and message frequency. Learn more.
- Program testing
A new Testing status for programs allows for more consistent testing of journeys, ensuring a safe and flexible environment to experiment before activating any program type. Learn more.
- Webhook node
A dedicated configuration page allows your technical teams to set up API requests and create new nodes with custom icons for your campaign team to select and use. Learn more.
- Enhanced program editing
You can now edit and even restructure your programs in any status. Learn more here and here.
- Mentions in comments
Admin users can mention each other using @username in program comments. The colleague will be notified in the platform and/or via email. Learn more.
Resource Usage Service (RUS)
This service supervises the deletion of all assets and resources in your account and blocks deletion of assets that are currently in use. The reasons for the block are listed so you can take appropriate action.
The RUS is now available for External Events, contact DB fields, Web Channel campaigns used in automations and segments used in emails and Web Channel campaigns. Learn more here, here and here.
SMS/MMS
- Self-Service Onboarding
You can negotiate your own contracts with favored vendors and connect them to your Emarsys account without the need for assistance from Emarsys Support. Learn more.
- MMS support
All customers can now use MMS if their vendor supports it. Learn more.
Mobile Engage
- Configurable anonymous contacts
While many mobile app business models rely on creating initial anonymous contacts that can later be turned in to paying customers, this step can now be disabled for business cases that require a verified login right from the start, preventing your contact DB from amassing irrelevant records. - Flutter - Predict Support
Predict functionality is now supported on the Flutter wrapper, as it was already supported in the native SDKs. Learn more.
- Huawei Mobile Services Integration
We offer a new version of the Emarsys SDKs which can be used on Huawei Android devices. It is capable of receiving push messages using the Huawei Push Kit and supports most of the Mobile Engage Features also on Huawei Android devices. Learn more.

Email privacy opens
- Building on the changes brought about by the Apple iOS15 update last year, as well as flagging the 'false' privacy opens generated by Apple's native Mail apps in the email reporting screen, you can also choose to include or exclude them in your behavioral segments. Learn more.
