    This article provides you with information for adding deep links to emails.

    The steps to add deep links to Push and In-app can be found in the Push and In-app user guides.

    Enabling deep links adds the ems_dl parameter for tracking in the Emarsys Platform. To ensure successful tracking in the Emarsys Platform, make sure to use the trackDeepLink method when implementing the Emarsys SDK - see the steps here.

    Steps

    1. On Email Settings, add your tracking parameter on Additional tracking parameters for this email field.

    If the Additional tracking parameters for this email field is not available, please contact the Emarsys Support team to have it enabled.

    1. On the Content Creation stage, click on the content that the deep link is to be added to and then on the link button.
    1. Add your deep link URL, switch Deep link on and click OK.
    1. Navigate to the Links tab on the left and confirm Track is enabled for the deep link.
