On the Shell Bar in the top left corner of the Platform you can see which account you are currently logged in. In case of working with multiple accounts simultaneously, you often need to switch between them. Instead of logging back-and-forth here you can easily manage your accounts.
The Account Switcher in the upper left corner on the Shell Bar enables you to handle more than one account.
It is the Account Owner who can provide you a list of the available accounts, if you have login access to multiple accounts of your organisation.

Selecting an account
On the top of the Account Switcher check the name of the account you are currently using. In the drop-down list you can see all the available accounts and you can select the account relevant to your actual work.
Adding an account
In case of having login access to multiple accounts of your organisation, and you need to add an extra account to your list,
- it is your Account Owner who needs to raise a support ticket,
- or you can reach out to your Client Success Managers (CSM) to help you with the account request.
The Account Owner can ask for linking only those accounts where they are the responsible owner. This means you may need multiple requests for all the accounts in the Account Switcher.
In the support ticket include
- user name,
- email address, and
- the list of the accounts where the admin can be found.
- If the user name is different on other accounts, please provide that as well.

Please provide access to TestUserA (usera@test.com) for account1, account2 and account3 on which the user name TestUser_A (usera@test.com).
