    The current implementation of TikTok ad network supports all the generic features of Digital Ads.

    Audiences

    Matching identifiers: You can use only a single matching identifier in TikTok audiences.

    Contact matching rates on TikTok:

    Digital Ads uses email and phone number as default identifiers. Support of these identifiers are currently in Beta on the TikTok platform, therefore, a lower matching rate can be expected.

    TikTok supports the use of Mobile Advertising ID for contact matching. If you would like to use this ID for contact matching, then you need to provide these IDs in your contact database and configure Digital Ads to use this alternative field for contact matching.

    Tiktok Lead Ad Forms

    TikTok Lead Ad Forms allow your businesses to collect leads or potential customer information directly within the TikTok app. Create and customize Lead Ad Forms to gather contact details, inquiries, and other relevant information from potential customers, making it easier to generate and manage leads for marketing and sales purposes. Tiktok supports multiple ways to collect leads via forms. For more information, see Digital Ads - Lead Ads.

    Creating TikTok Lead Ad subscriptions

    To set up a new TikTok Lead Ad Subscription or edit an existing one, go to the Lead Ads tab and perform these steps.

    1. Click the Create Lead Ad Subscription button to create a new Lead Ads subscription.
    2. Select the Tiktok Ad Network.
    3. Select the TikTok ad network account you want to work with
    4. Select the Lead Ad Form, which should have been set up already in TikTok.
    5. In the Contact Field Mapping section, you can set up a field mapping between your Lead Ads form, and your existing Emarsys Contact Database fields.
    6. Map one of the form fields to either the Emarsys Email or Mobile field. These fields are needed to detect whether a contact already exists or not. If both are mapped, the Email field has priority.
    7. Once all fields are mapped, you can select the option to automatically set the Opt-in status of imported contacts to true.
    8. Tick the Update existing contact to overwrite Emarsys field values with new values imported from the Lead Ads forms (in case of a new contact on the ad network that already exists in Emarsys).
    9. Click Save.
