    Predict test trigger

    The Predict test trigger page is where you can check that a suite contact is receiving a test trigger email to their given email address.

    To open the Predict test trigger page, go to: Management > Data Sources.
    In the Tools widget in the bottom-right corner of the page, click the Trigger Email button.

    What can you do here?

    You can trigger a cart recovery event. The event will contain an email address and the number of products defined by the fields on this page.

    This tool will chose a random product from the predict catalogue.

    What can you see here?

    The Predict test trigger page shows two entry fields:

    1. Enter a valid email address of your suite contact.
    2. Enter the number of cart items and click Send trigger.

    Troubleshooting

    Potential errors are highlighted in red.

    If you suspect that the provided email address does not exist at all, or it exists multiple times in the contact table, please check the email address of your suite contact in the contact list.

    Before sending a test trigger, ensure that the external event "abandoned cart" or "predict_abandoned" is tied to an active campaign or program. For more information, see Creating Your Abandoned Cart URL.
