Depending on the type of email campaign, some or all the following screens are displayed on the reporting page.

Note that the texts in blue in the screens are clickable links which take you to the actual list of contacts.

Calling the /v2/email/unsubscribe API endpont in case of Custom Unsubscribe Solution is crucial for the unsubscribe to show up in Open Data and the Email Reporting Screens.

Email Analysis

Navigate to Analytics>Emails.

Email Analysis: Campaign Reporting tab - List of your email campaigns with a status overview for all emails.
- Campaign Launch Monitoring tab - See a transparent view of the launched email campaigns' performance.

Email Reporting

For the Email Reporting screens click the icon.

Optionally, if you have a launched email campaign, from the Email Campaign list page you can access Email reporting screens by clicking the icon.

Select your Email reporting screen from the interactive list below:
