- Email category and type filtering in Campaign Analytics

- Reusable blocks in the Visual Content Editor

The optilyz Tactics support 4 different use cases that allows you to increase engagement with the Direct Mail channel. Learn more.
- Digital Ads - LinkedIn: Account-based targeting
Account-based targeting for LinkedIn Ads enables you to reach strategic accounts or industries by creating audiences from lists of companies, organizations and tailoring your LinkedIn campaigns to these target contacts. Learn more.
Account-based targeting feature is being enabled gradually in accounts from end of November 2024.
- mParticle connector
This integration allows you to create and update contacts in Emarsys from the mParticle customer data platform through one-way synchronization. Learn more.
- API authentication with OAuth
API credentials created with OpenID Connect authentication, using OAuth 2.0 and JSON Web Token (JWT) technologies, are also available. Learn more.
- Distributing single- and multi-choice fields and extra parameters
Now you can also distribute single- and multi-choice custom fields and extra parameters. Learn more.
- Emarsys UI Appearance - Auto (Default) mode
The Auto (Default) mode allows you to use the light or dark mode based on your system settings. Learn more.
- Notification Center - New security notifications
In the Notification Center you can enable system notifications to warn you about important security or system settings that may indicate you need to take action. Learn more.

- Email reporting data in Open Data for live analytics

Email and SMS opt-in data are synced bidirectionally. At the same time, email-specific activities such as open, click, bounce and complaints are instantly and automatically synced from SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement to SAP Customer Data Platform.
