    Enabling third-party cookies

    Enabling third-party cookies on your browser differs from client to client. Below are instructions for some of the most commonly-used clients; all of these instructions assume that:

    • Your browser is open.
    • You know what domain(s) you want to enable cookies for.

    Please note that these instructions were accurate at the time of publication (March, 2020) and minor changes may have been introduced in later browser versions.

    Internet Explorer

    1. Click the icon in the top right corner to open the menu.
    2. Click Internet Options.
    3. Click Privacy at the top.
    4. Click the Advanced button.
    5. Select the Accept radio button for the Third-party cookies.

    Microsoft Edge

    1. Click the three dots in the top right corner to open the menu.
    2. Click Settings.
    3. Click Site Permissions.
    4. Under Cookies and site data, make sure that the Block third-party cookies switch is turned off.

    Mozilla Firefox

    1. Click the icon in the top right corner to open the menu.
    2. Click Preferences.
    3. Go to Privacy & Security.
    4. Select the Custom radio button and remove the check mark next to Cookies. (Firefox block third-party cookies by default.)

    Google Chrome

    1. Click the three dots in the top right corner to open the menu.
    2. Click Settings.
    3. Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
    4. Under Cookies and site data, make sure that the Block third-party cookies switch is turned off.

    Safari

    1. Click the icon in the top left corner to open the menu.
    2. Click Preferences.
    3. Click Privacy.
    4. Uncheck the Prevent cross-site tracking check-box.

    Opera

    1. Click the in the top right corner to open the menu.
    2. Click Go to browser settings at the bottom of the available options.
    3. Under Advanced, click Privacy and security.
    4. Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
    5. Under Cookies and site data, make sure that the Block third-party cookies switch is turned off.
