- After 14 days, contacts who did not switch to paperless billing receive a reminder. Those who have switched to paperless billing receive a sustainability - thank you message.
- After 7 days, contacts who have not switched to paperless billing receive another reminder. Those who have switched to paperless billing receive a sustainability - thank you message.

Steps
- Swap the emails in the Tactic with your campaigns.
- Add the personalization tokens.
- Check and adjust the settings of the Wait nodes if needed.
- Activate the Tactic.
