Basic workflow

An email highlighting the advantages and conditions of your loyalty program and an invitation is sent to new and high-value customers who are not loyalty members yet (i.e. their
Loyalty ID
field is empty). - After 5 days, a reminder is sent to the target audience.

Activating the Tactic
Prerequisites
- Annex Cloud integration setup
- Annex Cloud-specific custom fields (these custom fields are created automatically when your create the Tactic)
- Email campaigns
- Web Channel campaign (if used)
- Personalization tokens
Steps
- Create the email campaigns.
- Add opt-in checks (email) to ensure that campaigns are only sent to contacts who opted in for receiving marketing materials.
- Create the Web Channel campaigns (if used).
- Activate the program.
