With this Partner Tactic you can welcome new members of your loyalty program by providing onboarding information about your program (or a link to a specific webpage) on the day when their membership was granted.
It supports the Revenue objective by contributing to the following strategies:
- Drive Purchase Frequency
- Increase Premium Customer Revenue

Basic workflow
- A welcome email containing information about your loyalty program and current offerings is sent to your new members (i.e. they have a new
Loyalty ID
field and their anniversary date of membership is on the current day). - 5 days later a reminder is sent to those members who have not made a purchase yet.

Activating the Tactic
Prerequisites
- Annex Cloud integration setup
- Annex Cloud-specific custom fields (these custom fields are created automatically when your create the Tactic)
- Email campaigns
- Web Channel campaigns (if used)
- Personalization tokens
Steps
- Create the email campaigns.
- Add opt-in checks (email) to ensure that campaigns are only sent to contacts who opted in for receiving marketing materials.
- Create the Web Channel campaigns (if used).
- Activate the program.
