This Partner Tactic helps you engage your loyalty members who are close to the next tier level by highlighting its benefits and mentioning the number of points required to reach that level. You can also foster engagement with personalized offers.
It supports the Revenue objective by contributing to the following strategies:

- Increase Premium Customer Revenue

Basic workflow
- Loyalty members close to the next tier (i.e. their current tier is not the highest one and they need 50 or less points for the next tier) who made a purchase receive a promotion 30 minutes after the purchase.
- After 7 days, a reminder email is sent to those members who did not make a purchase after the first campaign.

Prerequisites
- Annex Cloud integration setup
- Annex Cloud-specific custom fields (these custom fields are created automatically when your create the Tactic)
- Email campaigns
- Web Channel campaigns (if used)
- Mobile Engage In-app campaigns (if used)
- Mobile Engage Push campaigns (if used)
- Personalization tokens
Steps
- Create the email campaigns.
- Add opt-in checks (email) to ensure that campaigns are only sent to contacts who opted in for receiving marketing materials.
- Create the Web Channel campaigns (if used).
- Create the Mobile Engage In-app campaigns (if used).
- Create the Mobile Engage Push campaigns (if used).
- Activate the program.
