This Partner Tactic helps you re-engage inactive loyalty members by making an appealing offer to convince them to make a purchase and earn double loyalty points.
It supports the Revenue objective by contributing to the following strategies:
- Reduce Customer Churn
- Drive Purchase Frequency
- Increase Premium Customer Revenue

Basic workflow
- The program checks your inactive loyalty members (i.e. their
Loyalty ID
is not empty, their status isinactive
and their last activity occurred at least 30 days ago) each month. - An offer is sent to these members.
- Those members who have not responded to your campaign receive a reminder after 4 days.

Activating the Tactic
Prerequisites
- Annex Cloud integration setup
- Annex Cloud-specific custom fields (these custom fields are created automatically when your create the Tactic)
- Email campaigns
- Mobile Engage In-app
- Mobile Engage Push
- Personalization tokens
Steps
- Create the email campaigns.
- Add opt-in checks (email) to ensure that campaigns are only sent to contacts who opted in for receiving marketing materials.
- Create the Mobile Engage In-app campaigns (if used).
- Create the Mobile Engage Push campaigns (if used).
- Activate the program.
