Basic workflow
- A Direct Mail is sent to contacts 7 days before their birthday.
- Contacts receive a congratulatory email with an incentive on their birthday.
- Contacts who didn’t make a purchase in the last X days receive a reminder email.

Steps
- Prepare the Direct Mail campaign.
- Create the email campaigns.
- Check the Filter Switch node (optilyz - Direct Mail Opt-Out) to ensure only those contacts receive your Direct Mail campaign who have not actively opted out of receiving such marketing materials.
- Activate the program.
