After a Mobile Wallet campaign has been created, tested and finalized, it is ready for launch. You can distribute the Mobile Wallet campaign in email, Mobile Engage In-app and Conversational Channel campaigns.
In this article, you will learn how to embed a Mobile Wallet campaign into a Conversational Channel campaign.
Prerequisites
- The Mobile Wallet campaign must be in Ready to Launch status.
- Conversational Channel has to be enabled on your account and a WhatsApp template should be created for your campaign.
Adding a Mobile Wallet campaign to a Conversational Channel campaign
- Create a WhatsApp campaign.
- In the Content Creation step of the Conversational Channel campaign, insert the Mobile Wallet campaigns as follows:
- Click the Personalization icon next to the Emarsys Token field.

b. Select the required campaign personalization token.

- Optionally, repeat Step 2 for the other campaign personalization token (if required).

- Test the Conversational Channel campaign with test users by verifying that passes are generated properly and users can save them to their Wallet applications.
- Activate your Conversational Channel campaign.
