Direct Mail adds traditional postal marketing to your online campaigns, fully integrated into the Emarsys Platform and using the same segmentation and personalization options as your other channels.
This feature is currently on general release for clients in the UK and Germany/Austria/Switzerland, for deliveries within the European Union.

What is Direct Mail?
Direct Mail is a print mail channel directly integrated into the Emarsys Platform.
It allows you to take full advantage of your contact data to personalize printed mail content and launch targeted campaigns from within your Emarsys account.

How does it work?
Direct Mail provides an easy and intuitive interface to upload your content and create direct mail campaigns from a wide range of preset product templates, including postcards, birthday card, letters and flyers.
The finished campaign is then added to an Automation Center program where you can set the schedule, recipient list and trigger.
The full cost of each campaign is shown before launch so you can always track your costs.
