What is Relational Data?

Built as a self-service solution, this add-on lets you plug external data sources into Emarsys and use them to segment and personalize the customer journey with business information, such as upcoming appointments, brand names or custom store names.

Since data processed and utilized via API is not stored on the Emarsys platform, you can use Relational Data without breaching Data Privacy regulations.
