Steps
- The Purchased event is the pre-selected Web Extend event in the entry node of the program.
- The first Decision splitter will narrow contacts, based on whether their purchased item is a new product version (decided by the Item ID):
- Then with the Decision node you can further narrow contacts to the most active ones (who purchased at least two times in the last 90 days):
- Create the email campaigns.
- Create the Web Channel campaigns (if used).
- Create the Digital Ads campaigns (if used).
- Create the SMS campaigns (if used).
- Create the In-app and/or Mobile Push campaigns (only for mobile variants).
- Add personalization tokens.
- Activate the Tactic.
For the mobile variants of the program, you need to create only the In-app, or the Mobile Push and SMS campaigns.
