Overview:: The Automation Programs page – Emarsys

To open the Automation Programs overview page, navigate to Automation > Automation Programs. You can see all your Automation Center, Interactions and Product catalog updates programs on this page along with the following information:

Name - The program's name.
Status - The program's status. For more information, see Automation program statuses and actions.
Type - The program's type. The following types are available:
- - Automation Center
- - Interactions
- - Product catalog updates.
Entry - The entry point of the program.
Configuration - The settings of the program's entry point.
Modified by - The user who modified the program the last time.
Last modified - The date when the program was modified the last time.

Here you can:

Edit a program by clicking the icon.
Distribute a single or multiple programs to another account by clicking the icon.
Copy a program by clicking the icon.
Check the reports of a specific program by clicking the icon.
Delete a program by clicking the icon. You can also delete multiple programs at the same time.
Sort the programs in ascending or descending order by clicking a column header.
Define multiple criteria to filter your programs after clicking the More Filters button. Besides the categories listed above, you can also filter your programs by using the following ones:
- Created at - The date when the program was created.
- Created by - The user who created the program.

Deleting programs

You can delete a single or multiple programs at the same time. Here is what you need to do:

Check the checkbox next to the programs you would like to delete, then click Delete Selected.
The Delete Automation Programs dialog appears and checks if the selected programs contain any blockers that would prevent them from being deleted.

Notes:

You cannot delete Automation Center programs containing the Entry from program entry node until the status of the connected programs (that include the Transfer to program node) is Active, In Testing or Fail-safe.
You can check how many programs are connected to the specific program under Usages.
